All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard shipping takes 3-8 business days in most countries, and express shipping 1-4 business days in select countries available at checkout.

Yes. Every batch of research peptides undergoes independent testing and is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) - an official laboratory document verifying the identity, purity and quality of that specific batch.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides can generally be stored at room temperature below 25 °C for 30-60 days with minimal degradation. For long-term storage we strongly recommend a refrigerator (2-8 °C) or freezer. Premixed peptides are transported under controlled cold-chain conditions (2-8 °C).

Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are in their original sealed packaging and in resalable condition; a 20% restocking fee applies and returns must be approved in advance. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety and quality reasons.
